Benchmarking Employee Center

Hey there,

I'm part of a Global Manufacturing company stepping into SN this year - specifically standing up ITSM.  I'd like to connect with other Companies who have designed the employee experience on Employee Cetner to understand your view of taxonomy, requests, knowledge and incidents - what works great and what lessons have you learned.  

I'm a bit overwhelmed, not sure this is the right space to reach out - but would appreciate any insight/direction.  Thanks - Julie Roscini
