Hello I need to pull the report for the Incidents Auto resolved which were in state of Awaiting Verification

Hi @vidyajadhav 

 

Here 2 things, we can put state condition but how or what is the process of Auto resolved in yoru instance. Means what is the identifier you use to see that this incident is auto resolved.

I can see the Incident is auto resolved by System Administrator in work notes only and then after 7 days its turns into closed state

After 7 days, it moved to closed, not resolved.  So do u need a report of these kinds of incidents?
