Unable to Edit Email Notifications in "What it will contain" Field

Hi all,

 

I'm doing some work with email notifications, and when I tried to view some this morning, I was unable to edit the Subject/Body, nor was I able to even see them. Screenshot 2023-08-14 094407.png

What can I do to be able to see/edit the Subject/Body?

Turns out there was an issue with my permissions that was causing the issue. I've since got the problem sorted out. Thanks!

Hi @cwolfe01,

 

1) Make sure that application scope is same.

2) As per the screenshots, the Email subject and body is inherited/ see through Email templates.
