Data Source with Mid Server

Hi Everyone,

in order to create a data source able to get an excel file from a Mid Server I've configured it as below.

Unfortunately, it seems that is not working cause once I try to do a Load Test it gives me an error:

This mid server do not receives any movemets from our environment once I try to do this test. It is available only in VPN.

Is there a Sistemist expert with Servicenow that could help me with this issue and to configure this data source?

Hi

basically that kind of file import from a MID Server is not possible directly. For workarounds please see https://support.servicenow.com/kb?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0817437
