Again my instance is not waking up, I have internet then also is not wakingup it taking lots of time

Hi @ishwarsingh 

 

as you might know, there is no support available from ServiceNow in relation to PDIs, hence you’re limited to two options:

  •  wait, it should come online again after some time.
  •  If you get tired of waiting. Release your instance and request a fresh installation. Note! Any work that hasn’t been backed up will be list for good.

Hi @ishwarsingh there is currently an outage with PDI's hopefully they will be available soon.
