Approval field value is not changing in the list view in RITM module

Hi 

Recently we have found one Issue in RITM,

Wen you will see the, approved field in List form in RITM, the value is requested and the RITM state is showing Closed/Complete.

 I have verified in my PDI that it's working fine.

I don't see any contradiction here. Can you please describe how exactly you expect it to work?

Customer is saying RITM is approved, and tasks has been closed but still Approval is showing Requested in the list view?

Hi @shyamsunderl198 ,

 

In the workflow/flow of the catalog item, you need to set the value of Approval to approved once the RITM is approved and task is closed.

Similarly, for Flow if you are using that.
