Are the CEO and CIO dashboards compatible in the Washington instance?

Hi team,

My customer is working on an ITOM project in Washington instance. They are trying to install the CEO and CIO Dashboard there, but when they try to install it, it says "This instance is not compatible with the app".

Please let us know when the customer will be able to install and use the CEO and CIO Dashboard on their Washington instance.

Hello, Did you find a solution for this? I'm trying to install this dashboard, too, and running into the same issue.

I did without issue. I have installed it a few times. Make sure you install the demo data. Also, since it's performance analytics based, make sure you have the content packs installed, and you are licensed for it.
