Assessment Simulator Task 4: Create A Visual Task Board (VTB) From A List - Failed

It is saying "Were you able to add the 3 'On Hold' Incidents to the 'On Hold' Lane"

I'm not sure what I am missing. Could anyone help and get online with me to assist?

Populate and arrange the VTB

1.Navigate to your favorited item: My Incidents

2.Select the 3 On Hold incidents (INC0000054, INC0000017, and INC0010005) and use the Actions on selected rows feature to add them to your VTB.

3.View your VTB and move the 3 On Hold incidents to the On Hold lane.

4.Navigate back to your favorited item: My Incidents

5.Filter out the On Hold incidents.

6.Use the Select All feature to add the remaining incidents to the In Progress lane of your VTB.

I am also missing the Actions on selected rows feature. Please help

I have created a VTB but I could find My Incidents under favorites item, Can some help me on why I couldn't see My Incidents

To show incidents in your favorites was a previous task you need to do (task 2 i thinsk so), also you can access  to incidents in All Menu>Self Service>Incidents>Select the tickets and Actions on row>Add to visual task board

I'm having the same issue, there is nothing under my favorites.

I have completed this task exactly how the instruction explained. I even found a youtube video that walks you through the task and it still says I am unsuccessful. Can someone please help with task 4 VTB?
