Unfortunately it does not help, the course should only expire today (28.08).
I was just about to graduate with my lessons.
Now I have to pay new 500 credits?

@Marc Zbinden Ideally you shouldn't need to pay for the new course. However, your progress made on the last version may be lost on the new course as the courses are different. You can also raise this topic with Now Learning team by raising a case from the Now Learning portal.

Unfortunately, ServiceNow has not shown any understanding for this and refers to the GTC.

So any work progress will be lost - because of two days blockation by PI planning - I'm angry

Servicenow is giving 1year time frame to complete any now learning course from the date of enrolment to that course. It's also explained the same in our candidate journey guide. This 12 months consumption period applies to all the courses. it's also clearly mentioned in the 'Terms and Conditions', which was duly accepted by you on 2023-08-28 Here is the link for Terms and Conditions page, you can check it at the last paragraph on page number 2
