Trust ya all good.

 

I recently passed my CSA in December 2023, and this Jan I got an email that I need to pass a delta exam to avoid losing my Certification. How possible is this folks? I went to my eLearning page, but there was no alert as to that and my certifications still show current PLS. advice.

@olaemma7382 Couple of days back similar notification was sent to me by ServiceNow despite clearing the Delta exam.

 

Later on they sent a clarification stating that previous notification was sent due to a technical issueScreenshot 2024-01-24 at 12.57.00 AM.png If Now learning shows your certification status a current then no need to fret.
