Duplicate Now Virtual Agent Teams notifications

Hello,

We've completed Teams integration and Configured VA provider notifications. Although, each notification sent twice: in ServiceNow for Teams App (Chat tab) and in DM from Now Virtual Agent. Is there a way to disable DMs from Now Virtual Agent and leave only ServiceNow for Teams App (Chat tab) or is it expected behaviour?
