When the user clicks on Manage Attachments (OOB) in the catalog form before uploading a document, a popup should appear with the message:
Do you want to encrypt the document?
If the user selects Yes, the document will be uploaded as an encrypted file.
If the user selects No, the document will be uploaded without encryption.
