After the Zurich upgrade, when attempting to export a report visualization to PDF, the system displays the error message:
“Export Visualization – Export Failed. Please contact system administrator.”  
how to fix this issue?

@Baskarank If this has happened after upgrade, there could be a PRB associated with it and a workaround.

 

Raise a HI case, they will help you with best solution in this case.
