On my new phone I want to re-register my PDI that I already registered on my previous phone, but I did not find any where to do so.
I don't want to lose my customizations on my PDI.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
regards,
Sree

Hi @NagaSathyaV,
My PDI is sleeping, but meanwhile you can take a look at these:
- Frequently asked questions - Multi-factor Authentication enforcement
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) Enforcement FAQ
- Multi-factor authentication (MFA) implementation
Let me know if you found your answers there and if not, let's take a further look

navigate to this tables and review whether there are some records:
- User Multifactor Authentications
- https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/user_multifactor_auth_list.do
- User Multi Factor Setups
- https://yourinstance.service-now.com/now/nav/ui/classic/params/target/sys_user_multi_factor_setup_list.do
Not validated (perform it on your own danger) by me but perhaps if you find your own account in these lists you can update or delete it and then you might have a chance to set it up again with new authenticator app - regardless it's Microsfot, Authy, Google, or Apple... it's always 6 digits so the whole MFA process doesn't distinguish between the apps.
