How to get the case data and the attachments in a PDF format?

Hi,

I know there is an option to extract the case data into a PDF/Excel for the selected incident/case. But we are looking for an alternative way to capture the attachment as an embedded link while extracting the PDF since the current sys is not extracting attachments. I know there is no OOB feature for my ask but checking the experts to see if any other alternative ways to do that.

You can try to use Document template feature if you are having fillable pdf

If not then you can use PDF Generation API and add embedded attachment links in your pdf

Thank you Ankur. I am aware of PDF generation API but I am not sure about template feature. Can you pls give more details/links on this feature?

the document template feature will work when you have a fillable PDF
