Can someone, anyone pleas provide assistance! In this section of my lab it requires me to up load demos for Employee center, Core, and Taxonomy. I've done that and received the complete indication then it wants me to execute the run fix script button then press proceed. I've done that and as illustrated in the 3rd and 2nd image respectively clearly it's not working properly. What is the expectation when this process is complete? will there be a notification that says completed? Or am I expected to wait a really long time? I've already restarted everything and tried again and the books is not very detailed as to what the expectation is for this run fix script. I've searched in documents which is no help for this issue, and viewed a youtube with Mr. Tomassi. In his video after pressing run fix script his did give a complete notification. What am I doing wrong. I've been troubleshooting this for quite some time now ? After applying troubleshooting steps I do not get the Mega Menu as depicted on page 65 of the portal book.

@marcushayes84 : In general, there will be no notifications for fix scripts to denote the status. Based on the screenshots that you shared, it looks like it executed without any errors. All the menu options in the ESC portal are cache-based. Could you please try clearing the cache [by typing cache.do in the application navigator] and logout and login back to check the options?
It happened to me a couple of times where new menu options did not reflect in ESC until I followed the steps that I mentioned above. Below is the article that denotes the same.

@marcushayes84 Please try following steps and see if the script works for you.
1. Run the script in scope: Please select the Employee experience taxonomy application in the application picker available in the header and run the script in Employee experience taxonomy application.
2. System Log: If the above step doesn't solve the issue then check the System Logs and see if any errors appear while running the script.
Hope this helps.
