I am on Washington DC - why am I getting status of "nearing end of life" on my instance?

When Xanadu was realeased the status of my instance turned to "nearing end of life".

I thought we still had N-1 support,  so I shouldn't go end of life until Yokohama is released?  Which is still around six months away.

Or does this status now get set to "nearing end of life" as soon as you are one version behind? So we have a long term view of the word "nearing".

It may be because your instances are on the latest available Washington DC version and there are no patches available without a major family upgrade. That message just showed for our instances that have already had the November patch applied, and it didn't show for ones that haven't had the November patch applied. The messages disappeared after I scheduled our upgrades for January.

What really bothers me is that I can't find a schedule of which version is being released when - at least, not one provided by ServiceNow. There's one provided by a community user and it says releases are in the second and fourth quarters of every year, whereas I think they now come out in the first and third quarters. We should not have to guess at this, and I know they used to provide the information.

Here is a link that is updated with versions and dates.

Thanks for your response, but that only shows the versions that have already been released. Future versions aren't even named (what comes after Zurich?), and nothing to tell us when future versions will be released (to the nearest quarter). This makes planning difficult.
