I am performing 'Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)' certification and while validating task on my instance, always getting failed. The steps are very simple but unable to figure out.
Task: Personalize Your Instance - Failed
Can anybody help me.

Hello @RehanM
First go to your simulator instance which is available with your course, after login do impersonate to user account named "Platform User". Once you have impersonated that user account just click on profile image on top right-side corner and then select Preferences option at same place where you are able to do impersonation. Once you click it just go to "Accessibility" option and there look out for option "Show date and time formats on forms" just enable it. Next is go to "Display" option and search "Show help tips on forms" enable it and then you are done for that task.

Note: If you have done above steps correctly and still validation is failing then it might be some internal issue, do raise a case and someone from team will get it validated and you will be good to mark closure on course.
