Issue in validating task: for Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu) instance.

I am performing 'Micro-Certification - Welcome to ServiceNow (Xanadu)'  certification and while validating task on my instance, always getting failed. The steps are very simple but unable to figure out.

Task: Personalize Your Instance - Failed
