Issue with open in new tab button in help hub after zurich upgrade

Hello All,

 

We have upgraded our instance on Zurich version. When i go to Help Hub and search for outlook and then i can see certain number of results But i did not see button  named as Open in new tab. It was visible in Xanadu release. Can anyone help me to understand is it permanently removed or is there a way to bring it back ? 

Second issue we are facing is when we right click on link and select open link in new tab , new tab gets open with url as about:blank#blocked

 

Can someone guide me where an what i am missing here ?
