Hello everyone, can someone please tell me if Service Now performed any "forced" updates if we didn't do this? We are in the Utah version preparing to make the latest update and we have this question. Thanks!

Hi Paulo,
It depends on your contract, but generally, yes. You should get a communication from them with a date for when the Change has been set and you can request them to change the date since you are in the process of updating. I recommend you contact ServiceNow through the ServiceNow Support site to ask them about your case specifically; or alternately, if you are familiar with the site, search for the Change Request and add a comment to get help.
