Previously earned ServiceNow Community Badges are showing disabled, what needs to be done here?

In the Above Screenshot , this is how my badges are shown disabled, may i know what steps needs to be taken to reactivate these badges?

No, its the same.

The number of badges earned & the current Rank which u have does not seem to match. definitely multiple id issue. Kindly check with sarah g who is the admin or now community if she can help u out here. You can draft a personal mail to her with screenshot. Hoping she can look into it.

@P_B This looks like a strange issue as your number of posts, solutions and helpfuls are not matching with the badges earned. Are you using multiple ids to login on ServiceNow community? If yes then try linking them so that the profiles can be synced.
