Reporting on Rejected Changes

Good morning.

We would like to know how we can extract the information into a report that lists all changes which, while in the Authorized state, were rejected by a specific group. Could you please assist us with this?

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Hi,

Reports can only show you a snapshot of how your data is. It cannot show how things were some time ago. Like in this example moved from state Auth to Rejected.

You might be able to dive into enough data to show all records that are rejected by a specific group, and then drill down on the results to show how many of those went directly from Auth to Reject.

Otherwise you would need to setup a metric and use Performance analytics to show how records go from one state to the other.

You might also get some needed data if looking into Process mining.
