How to add SLA?

Use Conditions to define when a task should be included or excluded. E.g. “Only include ‘Install VLC media player’ task if that option was selected on the form”. | |||
| Order | Assignment Group | Users | Short Description |
| 1 | no fulfillment tasks required - approvals only | ||

| Service Level Agreements (SLAs) | |||
| Standard terms for putting task into Work in Progress and Resolved states | |||
| SLA | Time | Comments | |
