Stuck in upgrading for more than 24 hours

Stuck in upgrading for more than 24 hours. "Last used: 1 day 21 hours ago". I'm not sure how to proceed. (dev268302)

what do you see there?

Hii @YoshiAndo ,

If the upgrade is stuck and remains on the same page, you can release your current instance and request a new one.

Hi @YoshiAndo,

 

I would suggest that you not worry, as I was in the same situation not too long ago. Sometimes, a PDI instance takes longer due to an upgrade or a server-related issue. I have seen similar cases with my colleagues as well.

This usually takes a maximum of two days. After that, your PDI will be back online and will work as usual without losing any data or modules.

There is no need to worry about this; it happens from time to time.
