unable to release PDI

unable to release my PDI to get downgraded version of pdi

Hi @SNOWREDDY ,

 

To release a PDI you can login to https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do

Click on your profile

Now you can select the Release Instance Option @SNOWREDDY

If you follow these steps, you can release the instance @SNOWREDDY .

There is upgrad option availble in servicenow PDI but not downgrade, but if you want a lower instance than Vanocuver, after release your current PDI, you can request a new PDI at the time you request new PDI select a lower version like Utah or Tokyo as per your requirement @SNOWREDDY .
