Unable to see UI button in workspace after patching.

The custom UI action buttons are not visible in the workspace after patching. The same code was working before however in the TEST instance it works fine. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

ahoy @tajinderpal,

 

can you confirm that the record from table [sn_compliance_policy] is indeed in Requested state and that the currently logged-in person is the approver? That is the condition to display that button... and perhaps you had the right data in lower environment but not in the other one. 

 

Create some dummy data or impersonate approver in existing records to confirm the condition and let me know what you found

I am impersonating with the right user but it still does not shows but in TEST it works fine. I have compared the code between DEV and TEST nothing is different. Recently we have installed a PATCH in the DEV instance.
