Unable to see UI button in workspace after patching.

The custom UI action buttons are not visible in the workspace after patching. The same code was working before however in the TEST instance it works fine. Please refer to the attached screenshot for reference.

The issue now seems to be in the TEST instance also as the PATCH is now installed in the TEST also. So this could be the reason. Please help to resolve this.

not visible even with admin?

Yes the condition is getting satisfied. When it was working it was not even visible to the admins and visible to only approvers but now it is not visible to anyone.

did you check if this UI action was updated by ServiceNow during patch?

The UI actions was not updated by ServiceNow during patch. It is same as previous.
