Hi @Devi
1 . Just Repair change management plugin (com.snc.change_management) in your PDI instance
2. and then check.
3. if still not working clear instance cache using cache.do in navigator and enter
4. Logout and login again.

ahoy @Devi,
check the roles, Australia brought more granular roles (e.g. change admin, incident admin, problem admin) so it might be impacting your template access.
Also, does it happen to all the users or what user/role faces this issue? Is it general or specific?

@Devi I have just resolved the exact same issue. Ultimately it was due to a corrupted standard change template. When I disabled the template it suddenly started working.
There was a node error "Javascript compiler except"
Not sure why but there was a javascript error occurring in the logs that pointed to it and once disabled everything suddenly worked perfectly, make it active again and the issue came straight back, even though there is only text in the fields, certainly no javascript.
I'd suggest if you don't have hundreds of standard change templates disable them and slowly re-enable them and see if they show or not, if they suddenly go from showing to not showing then there is the culprit

Hi @Devi,
Check the plugins are installed properly, if not repair it.
Also, check the roles are associated with your profile correctly added or not. If not add it.
