Out of the box, that menu item is visible to the itil, problem_task_analyst, and sn_problem_read roles. If you need to change that, go to System Definition -> Application Menus and open the record named "Problem". You can change the roles that it is visible to in there.

Just Repair the Problem and change management plugin and Try . Your problem will be resolved.

1) Try to update the plugin to latest (check with your team before doing so)
2) Repair the plugin

Hi @Sandeepkumar97 , I came across the same problem on my PDI, I repaired the com.snc.problem plugin, & it started appearing in application navigator , this will work for you also
