Update of Platform Analytics blocked by lack of 'sn_uibtk_uxf_stage'

Hello:

I am on a Washington DC instance, and cannot update the Platform Analytics app (sn_app_analytics_w) because it requires sn_uibtk_uxf_stage to be procured from the Store.  However, I cannot find it in the store after searching for it directly, searching all dependencies of Platform Analytics, and searching dependencies of dependencies, and simply opting-in to the package does not allocate it.  Where/how do I find this thing so I can procure it and update?

Please advise?

I didn't need this for Platform Analytics, but I needed it for UI Builder.   When I went to the store it didn't list it in the list of dependencies, but then I realized it was showing me dependencies for Xanadu and I am still on Washington DC.   Once I switched the page to the latest Washington DC release for UI Builder, it showed up in the dependencies list.
