Validate the course "Welcome to Service Now"

I tried to complete the Platform Analytics lesson along with the associated lab, but I can't get the task to validate.

Task Result: Failed

Could you help me understand what I might be missing? I created the report as instructed, but the task is still not being validated.

Hello @anneambrozo , having looked at your image2 error suggestion, probable cause could be either Pie chart is not created from Priority header or Pie chart is saved with different name than expected.

you can try again

- Open Incident.list and from there click on the 3 dots available on the Priority column and select Pie Chart

- When on the Pie Chart, before saving it, click on the 'i' icon on the right side of the pie chart and rename the chart to expected name may be "Open Incidents by Priority"
