Waitlist for PDI

lukaszstanczyk

Hello,

I have been waiting for a PDI for a month, and I still have not received access or any meaningful update about the expected waiting time.

There also seems to be no clear way to report or escalate this issue. The lack of access to a PDI is seriously affecting my ability to learn and practise ServiceNow.

I understand that resources may be limited, but a one-month wait without any timeline or communication is unacceptable. I hope ServiceNow will improve the PDI allocation process and provide users with better visibility into the queue, expected waiting times, and available escalation options.

Has anyone found a way to get more information about their PDI request?

Hi @lukaszstanczyk

If the wait has already been a month, I understand how unfortunate and frustrating that must be.

However, I would recommend continuing to wait, as waitlists may eventually clear as capacity becomes available. Please avoid cancelling and resubmitting your request, as doing so may reset your position and place you at the back of the queue.

Long provisioning wait times have become increasingly common due to high platform demand and infrastructure constraints, and several community members have reported experiencing similar delays.

If this delay is affecting your learning, I would suggest making use of the lab instances and courses available through ServiceNow University in the meantime.

Unfortunately, there is currently no official ServiceNow customer support channel or formal escalation process specifically for delayed PDI requests.

Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.
