Work Notes in Tasks are only internal

I only have internal Work Notes available in my SCTASK. How do I, as a fulfiller, notify the requestor with a message that the task is complete? At the moment, I'm having to go into the RITM to leave a message.

Hi,

You can include Additional Comments also on the form , It is visible to requestors.

You can add it via the form designer or form layout

right click on form header, configure - Form Designer or Form Layout.  both can add it.  just different view to do so.
