HI..Just started learning ServiceNow.

I am getting this error above and unable to launch the PDI instance.
Please can anyone help

  1. Log in to developer.servicenow.com.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. On the left-hand side, open the Change User Role section.

Hello @dynamics86.

 

I think the symptom shows when you request a instance in Zurich version, right? I had the same problem; my solution was reset and wipe my PDI.
