HI..Just started learning ServiceNow.

I am getting this error above and unable to launch the PDI instance.
Please can anyone help

Hi @dynamics86 ,

  1. Log in to developer.servicenow.com.

  2. Go to your Profile.

  3. On the left-hand side, open the Change User Role section.

I also had same issue. First I tried Zurich release, then Yokohama. I tried to Reset and Wipe Instance, released current instance and requested new one multiple times as some users recommended. Finally I requested Xanadu release and then I was able to run  App Engine Studio. So, try Xanadu.
