Failed to create/update order. One of the following mandatory fields are not filled in: Capex account, Pre-paid account, Expense account
Error Message
Purchase Order could not be updated.
Hi team,
When I create purchase order above message appears and above fields are also not available to create dummy data from the table. Could you please help me in understanding the population of Capex account, Pre-paid account, Expense account fields in Purchase Line.

Hello @CaptainG,
The Capex Account, Pre-paid Account, and Expense Account fields on the Purchase Line are typically populated via ERP integrations and are not available for direct creation from the table.
The error occurs because these mandatory fields are not being populated, likely due to missing integration data.
For testing purposes, you can insert dummy records into the Ledger Account table using a background script, and then use those records as reference values in the Purchase Line fields (Capex Account, Expense Account, and Pre-paid Account) to proceed with PO creation.
Thank you!
