Hello there,
I am doing the Learning Course for SPO essentials and guess that there is a little copy&paste error in the course material:
Susan is a Sourcing Manager. However, in the course material it says Required role:sn_shop_procurement_specialist. -> see attached Screenshot.
So I suppose, this is a copy&paste error from the Procurement Specialist role. What is the correct role for Susan as a Sourcing Manager?

Hi @AlexandraJ,
As per ServiceNow Docs, Sourcing Manager is assigned following role:
End user and goal Required role
| Procurement Specialist Manager: View your organization's strategic and operational performance. You can view your organization's SLA-related details. This role has the same access as a procurement specialist, except that they have access to the manager dashboards. | sn_shop.procurement_specialist_manager |
Please raise a Now Learning request/case and highlight this error with them so they can correct it.
Please Accept the solution if it assisted you with your question & Mark this response as Helpful.

Hi @AlexandraJ
This week, I was working through the lab instance for a new module for my project.
I got stuck because the lab instance wasn't behaving as described in the documentation shared by learning course. I believe the issue was related to the assigned role or permissions.
After I raised a support case, the Learning Support team suggested that I terminate the lab instance and request a new one.
Surprisingly, that resolved the issue.
You can try the same approach if you're facing a similar problem.
