How to access Create an RFP or RFI Request from Purchase Requests

Hello,

 

I have enabled all SPO plugins in my PDI. However, I am unable to find Create an RFP or RFI record producer as it is shown in the attached screenshot.

 

Can anyone help how can I access this item in PDI?

Hi @Bhagyalakshmi1 

 

  • Check that you have installed ALL related SPO demo data plugins, not just the application plugins.

  • Navigate to "Record Producers" in your instance and search for keywords like "RFP" or "RFI."

  •  You might also want to check if the record producers are restricted by roles, user criteria, or not set to be visible in the Service Portal.
