Hi,
Anyone knows which is the role needed to fill questionnaire on the playbook? In my case the User has access to the workspace and the record(DLP incident). He has access on the Record Form activity and can do changes there but all questions on the questionnaire are read only. User role is added to the sys_flow_data, sys_flow_data_definition and sys_flow_data_var table but no success. If I remove admin overrides on sys_flow_data Admin user also does not have access to fill questionnaire but when the User role is added to the same table it doesn't work. Anyone experienced same issue?

Hello @Darko Jovanovsk ,
I think the table ACLs won’t solve this you need to grant the Playbook roles. That’s why even your admin lost access when overrides were removed; the Playbook layer was enforcing its own rules.

I already tried adding the Playbook roles to the User but still the same issue.

Role required: admin, playbook_admin, playbook_author, or playbook_content_author

Admin user sees the questionnaire and can fill in the data but that is not an option since we do not want to grant admin role to the fulfiller user of the questionnaire. All other roles are already tried but the issue exist.
