Custom Playbook Activity shows up empty in workspace

Hi everyone,

i am quite new to all this and still trying to figure things out to begin with.
I created a custom Playbook and wanted to test it out in the workspace and not only from the Test Button in the Playbook.
My Playbook shows up in the Playbook Tab in Workspace as you can see:

but unfortunately it shows up blank (or empty).

The Activity looks like this:

If i go via the Test Button in the Playbook the Question is showing up as i intend it to be.

What did i miss? Do i need to add something to the UI Builder regarding the Playbook tab?

Best Regards and thanks in advance!

Hi @Community Alums ,

thanks for your reply but unfortunately that's not what i have been looking for.
The problem i face is, that the playbook is shown but the form which needs to be filled or at least seen is not showing up, the screen remains white.

I tested it in my PDI and the Activity is seen:

Hello - I do see the custom activity "Let's see" in our OOTB Supplier onboarding playbook is displaying in the screenshot you shared. I wonder if the issue is happening to you in another playbook. Have you confirmed that it is properly integrated with the Workspace?. Navigate to All > Workspace Experience > Actions & Components and verify the settings.

Additionally you mentioned you are new to playbooks. I'm glad you are getting started with playbooks they are design to help companies orchestrate processes and supplier onboarding is a perfect place to start. I do recommend enrolling in the Playbooks Essentials course from ServiceNow University. I believe chapter 2 give you details on how to configure playbook activities.
I hope this helps!

Hello @rasm, thank you for the input! I checked both the Conterxtual Side Panel and the Related Items under Workspace Experience>Actions & Components.
There is no record referring to the table Supplier Case (sn_slm_case) except Agent Assist.
I checked for both my PDI and the customer instance. There are no differences found.

I did another duplication of the Supplier onboarding Playbook and it was displayed correctly, but all my added activities were not displayed.

Best regards
