Reassign Approvals for Risk Assessments

Hi there,

I want to try to reassign the approval for a risk assessment when submitted in case the current approver leaves the organization. However, I am getting the error "inline editing disabled", I created a write ACL on the sysapproval_approver table and checked access analyzer which said the user should be able to write to the approver field. However, I am still getting the same issue in both the workspace and in classic view of not being able to edit.

 

1. Do write ACLs take affect on the approver field in sysapproval_approver?

2. Why wouldn't the user be able to edit despite access analyzer saying Write access is granted in classic view?

3. Do I need to look into the workspace to enable line edit? If so, where do I look?

Hello @Jan_07 

System Property "glide.lists.inline_editing_enabled" set to false disable inline editing globally (for all record types).
