I have a catalog item that requires the reference of Supplier name in the company table, but upon submitting the request in catalog item. the custom supplier document table that i created is not reflecting any data. what script should I create to prefill once the supplier's name is inserted and it should be reflected in the supplier document table.

Hello @GwynethPhoS ,
When you submit catalog item with supplier name variable then you want to create new record in in your customer supplier table ? Is it your question. If yes then you can use flow designer for this .
steps
1)create flow with trigger type Application=>Service Catalog
2)Get catalog variable from you catalog
3)create record
tablename:supplier document table
set field as you required
4)publish this flow and attach this flow in your catalog item process engine
If this helps you then mark it as helpful and accept as solution.
Regards,
Aditya
