Shopping Hub error: Page not found prompt after installing plugin

After installing the ShoppingHub plugin as well as the Procurement Management family pack, I am getting a "Page not found" error when attempting to navigate to my instance of ShoppingHub.

 

I can see ShoppingHub in my filter navigator:

However, when I click the menu option to open in a new tab, I receive the error message page:

I can confirm via the plugins page that I have it installed, along with dependent plugins:

Kevin, while installing this in my instance I noticed the same error. I believe the OOTB hyperlink is wrong. Try to access "/now/psm/shoppinghub".

Hi @AlexandraJ did you raise a support case for this issue? I am a product manager supporting Shopping Hub. I wanted to see if I could follow up and investigate this issue. If you are able to share this support ticket # it would be much appreciated.

Thanks for replying. I found a technical issue, released my PDI and requested a new one. Then, it worked fine 🙂 Thanks for your support.
