Demo data not visible in Shopping Hub portal after installing S2P plugins

Hi everyone,
I’m currently learning the Source-to-Pay (S2P) – Shopping Hub module in ServiceNow.
I have:
 
  • Installed all the plugins mentioned in the official documentation
  • Loaded the demo data successfully
  • Verified that the demo data exists in the backend tables
However, I’m not able to see the demo data in the Shopping Hub portal.
I’d like to understand:
 
  • Are there any additional configurations, roles, or portal settings required to display demo data in the Shopping Hub?
  • Is there any activation step or property/record that I might be missing?
If anyone has faced a similar issue or can point out what I should check next, your guidance would be greatly appreciated.
