Hi!
This is behaving as expected. The S2P products ship AI Search profile configurations for looking up Purchase Requisitions in Source-to-Pay Workspace and Shopping Hub, and configuration for looking up Approval Plans in Source-to-Pay Workspace.
However, you can create new Search Sources, or reuse the existing search sources, and add them to the Search Profile being used in the portal you are using.

- Use this link to find the Search Application associated with the portal, and then open that application to find the linked Search Profile
