I am trying to understand how Adobe Creative Cloud software usage data can be obtained in ServiceNow SAM Pro.
I have seen documentation and community discussions suggesting that Adobe SaaS integrations provide subscription and entitlement information, but do not provide actual user activity or software usage metrics.
Can anyone confirm whether this is correct?
If Adobe Creative Cloud usage data is not available through the standard SaaS integration, what alternative approaches are recommended for collecting and reporting usage information in SAM Pro? For example, are there any supported integrations, Adobe APIs, or third-party methods that can be used to import usage data?
