I have come across an interesting reconciliation scenario and would appreciate your insights.
We have a software model with the license metric Concurrent License - Network. At the software model level, the reconciliation results appear correct and the model is shown as compliant. However, when viewed at the product level, the product is reported as non-compliant.
Notably, there are a few installations associated with this software model, and these installations seem to be contributing to the product-level non-compliance, despite the model itself being compliant.
Has anyone encountered a similar situation where the compliance status differs between the software model and the product? If so, what was the root cause, and how did you address or remediate it?
