Has anyone set up or updated their Adobe <> ServiceNow integration since Adobe decided to deprecate the Service Account (JWT) credentials that are still referred to on the 'Integrate with Adobe Cloud' instructions?
We're running Vancouver and need to refresh the integration for a further 12 months.

ServiceNow support feedback.
1) With latest releases, Servicenow only support JWT for the integration of Adobe.
https://docs.servicenow.com/bundle/vancouver-it-asset-management/page/product/software-asset-managem...
2) Referring to Adobe's documentation, existing applications using the Service Account (JWT) credential will continue to work till December 31, 2024, and existing applications cannot refresh expiring certificates after January 1, 2025.

https://developer.adobe.com/developer-console/docs/guides/authentication/JWT/
3) ServiceNow is aware of this deprecation, and the enhancement to support the OAuth credentials is on the roadmap, and we are actively working on it. Since the JWT method will continue to be available (per Adobe) for some more time, Customers can use it till ServiceNow rolls out the OAuth method in upcoming release.
4) The OAuth + JWT is planned to be supported in the Washington release until Adobe deprecates JWT. For previous releases, it'll be available with Vancouver patch 6 and Utah patch 10. Documentation will be updated once the respective versions are released.
Best, Dennis

Hi @C_N-L,
good question, I didn't hear anything about it from SN in the last month, while the Adobe timeline is strict and clear.
Could you please raise a ServiceNow support case and ask about a solution for new integrations after the 01.05.24.
Thanks and Best, Dennis

Thanks @dreinhardt - we've now applied Vancouver patch 6 and have the option to set up OAuth. @NPatel21 we will be following the documentation found here if that helps?

Hi @C_N-L,
As rightly mentioned by @dreinhardt, ServiceNow now supports JWT and OAuth for Adobe integration, in Utah (Patch 10), Vancouver (Patch 6+) and Washington releases. These are already released and available for customers.
