Adobe Normalization

Good morning,

I am performing Adobe normalizations and facing some difficulties in identifying whether Adobe is a Reader or a Pro.

Anyone who has experienced the same issue, could help me figure out how to resolve this situation?

Hi Lucas, 

This may depend on the app discovery solution, however if Acrobat Reader is installed it will show up as such. Adobe Acrobat DC will show up separately, however it probably cannot differentiate whether the Acrobat Standard or Acrobat Pro license is activated on the device.
